Our practice offers a variety of services that share the collective aim of supporting mental health and flourishing. An initial consultation is used to determine which services may be appropriate.

Parent Consultation & Reflection: A space to discuss and explore differences or difficulties within the parent-child relationship, or any concerns you may have about your child/ children. The Sonder Practice adopts a responsive and respectful approach to parenting.

Parenting Psychotherapy: A space to explore how your own experience of being parented in the past may be impacting your parenting journey in the present.

Child Psychotherapy & Art Therapy: A creative space for your child to process any presenting difficulties, using the Arts as vehicles for expression and communication. This might include painting, poetry, sand-play, story-telling.

Clinical Supervision: a reflection, learning and collaboration space for Therapists or School Leadership Staff, particularly those in pastoral roles.

School Staff Support: Workshops for staff have included exploring the meaning beneath children’s presenting behaviours, understanding Highly Sensitive Children, understanding unconscious dynamics at play in the classroom and wider school community that can impact teaching & learning.
